Launch a cycle
- 1Go to App → Performance and create a cycle with its phases (self-review → manager review → calibration).
- 2Build a review template with weighted sections/competencies.
- 3Employees complete a self-review; managers review; 360° peer feedback can be nominated and collected.
Calibrate
- Use the calibration view to see the rating distribution and adjust for consistency before finalising.
