Use the grid
- 1Go to App → Performance → 9-box.
- 2Each employee is placed on a performance × potential grid (3×3).
- 3Use the quadrants to plan succession, development and retention focus.
Tip: Pair 9-box placement with the merit matrix so reward decisions reflect both current performance and future potential.
