App → Org currently shows headcount/department/location summary cards only, and App → Org → Structure and App → Positions are placeholder pages with no working tree or register behind them.
What's actually available today
- Manager reporting lines exist and are used elsewhere in the app (e.g. My team, lifecycle transfers) — there's just no visual chart or span-of-control view yet.
- Dotted-line/matrix relationships are modeled in the data but have no dedicated screen.
We'll update this article once org-chart visualisation and the position register ship.
