Allocate your Flexible Benefit Plan (FBP)
Distribute your FBP amount across components to optimise take-home and tax.
FBP lets you choose how part of your pay is structured.
Allocate
- 1Go to App → My FBP.
- 2Distribute your available FBP amount across the components your employer offers (e.g. meal, fuel, LTA).
- 3Save your choices for the period.
Tip: Admins define which components are available in the FBP cafeteria at App → Payroll → FBP; your allocation flows into your salary structure and payslip.
