Off-cycle, bonus & Full-and-Final runs
Process pay outside the regular monthly cycle — ad-hoc bonuses, incentives and exit settlements.
Not all pay fits the monthly cycle. Comsky HRMS supports dedicated run types.
Off-cycle / bonus runs
- 1Go to App → Payroll → Run payroll and choose an off-cycle/bonus run (it uses a separate period so it never collides with the regular monthly run).
- 2Add the bonus or variable-pay amounts and process as usual.
Variable pay & incentives
Per-employee monthly incentives, sales commissions and performance bonuses can be imported or entered each cycle and merged into the run as additional earning lines.
Full & Final settlement
For exits, use the dedicated Full & Final worksheet at App → Payroll → Full & Final. It computes pro-rated salary for the exit month, notice pay recovery/payout, gratuity, leave encashment, bonus pro-rata, loan recovery and outstanding reimbursements in a single payable — see *Employee exit & Full-and-Final*.
